Join Us for our 51st Season!
Our 2024-25 concert season starts with our annual visit to the 1780s as we present Colonial Concert XLV at United Church on the Green on the Saturday after Thanksgiving – November 30, 2024. The program will feature Haydn’s Symphony No. 88, and we once again welcome the Alchemy Chorus to join forces with O.N.E.’s musicians.
Our two spring concerts present some fun and unexpected fare. “The Clock” at Battell Chapel on March 8th features Haydn’s Symphony No. 101, nicknamed “The Clock,” as well as words by Ibert and Ravel, plus a major song cycle by Lori Laitman.
Carnival on April 26th at the Unitarian Society of New Haven features Saint-Saëns’s Carnival of the Animals, plus works by Telemann, Revueltas, and Strauss.
Tickets will be on sale shortly, and we will be sending out our season brochure in early October.

On May 4, O.N.E. will bring you a Beethoven piece and will premiere new works by two composers: Joe Russo (O.N.E.’s beloved bassist) and Jan Swafford (the brilliant composer and the famed biographer of Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, and Ives). We’ve enjoyed performing their works in the past and our audience has responded enthusiastically.
O.N.E. has premiered seventy-eight works in its first 49 years!
The 2024 Great Give is fast approaching.
Mark your calendars for May 1 & 2, and
give generously to Orchestra New England,
to celebrate our 50th anniversary season and
to help position us for our many years to come.
